  •  PROCEDURES TO MAINTAIN DUE TO COVID-19
Guests:

Please wear mask in common areas;
Wash your hands with alcoholic gel every time you get in the B&B and before breakfast;
Keep one metre distance to other guests;
Before check out please leave the window of your room open;
If you suspect to have symtoms or fever please stay in room and inform someone of the staff.

Staff:

Will wear mask every time is with guests;
Will keep one metre distance with guests every time is possible;
Will provide alcoholic gel at the reception;
Cleaning of rooms, common areas and all objects are made daily with CE certificated disinfectant;
Air condition filters are cleaned with CE certificated disinfectant every check in;
Breakfast is served to the table of every guest to avoid assemblage.

  •  AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
Check in is from 15:00 to 20:00 or earlier if room is ready. However, is possibile to drop luggages at the reception. In case of late check in a fee may be applied. 
  • IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check-out is managed from time to time depending on availability. However, it is possibile to leave luggages at the reception after check out.
  • IS POSSIBLE TO DRIVE TO THE B&B?
Yes, all our guests can drive to the B&B to drop and carry the luggages. In case of check in after 20:00 we suggest to stop at the near square of Giardini Iblei and someone of the staff will come to assist you.
  • WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
Near the B&B there are many spot, divided in WHITE LINES where everybody is allowed to park and YELLOW LINES for those who owns the PASS. As we have some for our guests our suggestion is to drive to the B&B and we will explain you what is the best to do. If you get lost do not worry try to get as near as possible and walk to the B&B remember that drive in Ragusa might be a little trickly but is part of your adventure.
  • IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, there is high speed free wifi is the whole structure. 
  • HOW OFTEN IS ROOM CLEANED?
Room cleaning is made daily. Towels are changed every two days or daily if requested. Sheets are changed every three days.
  • WHEN CAN I USE THE TERRACE?
Terrace is available 24H to oug guests. Please remember to avoid noise at night in respect of everybody.
  • AT WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?
Buffet breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:30. If requested in advance is served in the room at any time.
  •  IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A SPECIFIC ROOM?
During the booking section is possible to choose your room type Classic or Superior which is guaranteed. However, to book a specific room is not possible because we might make changes due to our shedule plan. We will keep in consideration any preferences.
