  • HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Only booking directly with us you can be sure to get the best price with the best conditions (usually is 15% less expensive than other website). The easiest way to make a reservation is through our website because there might be a few room types and promotions available. First of all please make sure that you accept the cookie law authorization, then insert number of guests and dates on the bar at the bottom of any page and fulfill the gap requested.
  • HOW TO RESERVE THE HAPPY HOUR WITH A VIEW ON THE TERRACE?
If this service has not been added during you reservation, it is necessary just to inform us via phone, whatsapp or email a day before your arrival.
The hour can be choosen together but may vary depending on the weather condition.
 
  • IS THERE A RECEPTION?
From April till the end of October there is a reception available from 8:00 AM to 7.00 PM.
 
  •  AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
Check in is available at any time from 14:30, earlier check in is available if the room is ready. In alternative is possible to leave the luggages at the reception. Please note that from 7.00 PM only self check in is available.
  • IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE LATE CHECK-OUT?
Late check-out is managed from time to time depending on availability. However, it is possibile to leave luggages at the reception after check out.
  • HOW TO REACH THE B&B?

  • IS THE B&B LOCATED IN A TRAFFIC LIMITED ZONE (ZTL)?
Yes, we are located in a traficc limited zone. However, our guests can drive to the B&B any time to drop on and drop off the luggages.
ATTENTION: the traffic limited zone is active from 8.30PM to 02.00AM only for some days/months of the year.
For guests who access when the ZTL is active we ask for plate number during check-in.
  • IS POSSIBLE TO DRIVE TO THE B&B?
Yes, all our guests can drive to the B&B to drop and carry luggages. Although, as the parking is located nearby, we suggest to park the car and then walk to the B&B.
  • WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
Nearby the B&B there is public parking divided in:

-AREA DI PARCHEGGIO GIARDINO IBLEO approximately 45 parking lots with blue lines. Is the nearest parking, about 3 minutes walk to the B&B;

-VIA SERGENTE GIUSEPPE SCRIBANO approximately 15 parking lots with free white lines. ATTENTION do not park in the yellow lines and do not park anywhere on Sunday night. 3 minutes walk to the B&B;

-DISCESA PESCHIERA approximately 25 parking lots with a mix of blue and free white lines. About 5 minutes walk to the B&B.

- VIA GIOVANNI DI QUATTRO approximately 30 parking lots with white free lines. About 7 minutes walk to the B&B.
  • WHERE CAN I PARK MY MOTORBIKE?
We have a small private garage where only motorbike can be parked. Reservation is needed and the price is 8.00€ per night (limited availability).
  • IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, there is high speed free wifi in the whole structure. 
  • HOW OFTEN IS ROOM CLEANED?
Room cleaning is made daily. Towels are changed every two days or daily if requested. Sheets are changed every three days.
  • WHEN CAN I USE THE TERRACE?
Terrace is available 24H to oug guests. Please remember to avoid noise at night in respect of everybody.
  • AT WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?
Buffet breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:00. If requested in advance, it will be served in the room at any time.
  •  IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A SPECIFIC ROOM?
During the booking section is possible to choose your room type Classic or Superior which is guaranteed. However, to book a specific room is not possible because we might make changes due to our shedule plan. We will keep in consideration any preferences.
 
  • ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are not allowed in order to respect the stay of all the guests.
  • ARE BIKERS WELCOME?
If you are travelling by bike you are welcome in our B&B. We have a free private parking at your disposal any time. However, it is better to inform us in advance.
 
  • DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, we do offer laundry service. Clothes have to be left by 10.00AM at the reception and will be returned by 7.00PM.
